I'm sure you can buy it from the Bintel Shop in Camberwell.
Was there the other week, there were 2 books pointed out to me, this one in particular and another book (atlas) with lesser colour pics etc.
The manager said he was the proof reader for the book. Said it was a great book well worth the money and a nice "birthday" pressie, if they wife got the gist! Haha.
EDIT: Sorry, I messed up, the book I was referring to was "Atlas of the Messier Objects". Pretty sure that's what I seen at the store.
