The faithfull DID turn up but alas the only visible thing to the believers was the 'horsehead' from the clubhouse as I said in my last post.
Clouds rolled in just after we arrived (isn't that just typical) and spoiled the viewing, however it was good to meet Phil and Norm and catch up with all the regulars.
The cloud turned in to drizzle at about 1am so packed up stumps (Deeno twice on the day) and had an early. Sacrificial lambs just didn't do it for us this time, but they probably were the smartest and ended up getting more sleep than us.
What's a sacrificial vestal virgin Arthur?
