Have a look at contrast ratio figures... generally, the higher the contrast ratio the better. My Samsung 931c has a contrast ratio of 2000:1 and and a 2ms refresh rate. You may not need a quick refresh rate unless you're into gaming or movies. Have a look at screens if you can - look for dead pixels, and ask about a dead pixel guarantee.
