Rich that is really quite an excellent image, your image processing is really very good. As you know I am not a noise-a-phobe but in this case I think the delicate nature of the object suffers just a bit with the excess noise. Might be an idea to take a few steps back and back off on the noise a tad and see what it looks like?
I wanted to image this but it is in a big field of not much with my KAI11002 chip so I decided that due to my limited access to imaging time these days I'd pass on it. Your tighter FOV suits it perfectly though
