Alex, look into a CDK, as it has a 52mm imaging circle, and thats for stars at 1 micron. It will do much more at slightly bigger stars, but still smaller than competitors, especially against the RC which doesnt have a flat field (Unless you have the corrector lens option).
Plus the benifit of being f6.8, and with the new reducer comming in the next few weeks, the f5 i think, should do wonders for your imaging.
Plus at about 1/3 to half the cost...

Some reasons why i went with the CDK over most other designs.
