Hi Phil, I'm not a real fan of noise reduction software. I bought a copy of Noiseware pro and have used it along with both the others you mention. I find darks and image processing does a far better job of noise removal than these software packages do. I find that while they all remove the apparent noise or at least reduce it to acceptable levels but they all seem to impart some other artifacts to the image.
Good luck with your choise. Download trials before you buy and give them a go.
