Hopefully not straying too far from Matt’s original question…
After running a Full Backup, for Disk Image, Data Files and E-mail, the scheduled (Incremental) backups worked for a while but then failed to run across the data and E-mail environments.
I logged the error messages with the website and didn’t get an answer and given some of the reports on the user forums, I became a little nervous concerning the reliability of my installation, so I moved to Norton 360 which I already had for AV and Firewall.
I’ll probably keep a weather eye on the Acronis website, checking for updates as the SW had a more flexible and functional interface to the somewhat restricted Norton 360 version.
However, it is good to hear of your positive experiences, as the Feedback Forums tend, by nature, to only focus on the negatives.
