I haven't been able to do much observing since I got my 12" Dob. I am either working all night when we get clear skies here and the nights that I'm not working it is normaly overcast.
I didn't have to work tonight so I decided to take the scope out and knock a few things off the list I have been making the last few weeks. Beautiful clear skies, so I thought it would be a great night. 20 minutes into my session and the dam neighbours over the fence decided to go out for the night and leave the 6 fluro lights on the back porch blazing
. I was tempted to start throwing bricks over the fence in the hope I might be able to knock them out but decided to come back inside and call it a night after a mere 20 mins.
