You couldn't spend that much money and have nothing to show for it, unless you gave away ridiculous amounts to charity and such. The only way you could spend that much or more and have nothing to show for it is if it was done done by a government....and that happens regularly. Just in the last 3 or 4 years, the DoD in the good ol' US has apparently "misplaced" $2.3 trillion (!!!!!!!!
), and can't account for it.
You can guess where it's going....black projects. With that much money being "spent" there, they should be able to come up with anything!!!.
