Dennis, It surely is a monstrous thing to handle.. getting it anywhere is half the trouble... its like owning a 12" newt... its great at what it does, just transporting it thats the problem..
You're correct, thats a black duck.. at 8fps with the 1d, i dare say the strike rate will be high as soon as I get the hang of the gimbal..
That being said, the shot of the duck is largely un-edited.. a tiny smart sharpen (12% 1.0 radius) and put my name on it... that was it... color and exposure were straight from the camera...
