M42 Ha & OIII

I've been playing around with narrowband filters and thought I'd post these up.

The first image is HA-HA-x-OIII as L-R-G-B where x is sudo green generated by Astronomy Tools in Photo Shop.

The second is HA-OIII-x as RGB with x again being generated in PS.

If the clouds would part I might be able to shoot another target that doesn't burn out but only managed 3x5minute OIII shots of m42 last night to add to previous HA data through a gap in the clouds.

Both images have had the image overlaps cropped off. It's interesting that mixing it in different ways can produce different amounts of detail.
