THATS BONZA. I was just looking there last night with my partner, we ducked up into perth hills on the side of the road, i could clearly see the LMC and SMC, 47 tuc, and a fair few other things.
I observed what i belived to be the taranchula neb, oooh it was pretty and did well on high mags. i dropped the barlow and 25mm and it took the whole ep up. i had to do the nudge and bump to get it all, but the dark lanes where all clearly visable as was the central star.
I even got 47 Tuc and the other glob that is just down from it into the 5mm range and was able to focus and resolve the stars in that. So far though my partner has clamed 47 tuc to be the best, even though i think the great orion neb is better

Keep up the great work Glen!
