Just a word on the faceplate style. (be CAREFUL) 240V @ 10A will kill you if your not lucky. Plus the standard response is get a qualified electrician to install it...
Within saying that if you are going to attempt this installation switch your power off at the mains, and make sure you check that everything is dead first... and be sure of what colours mean what, my sister decided that she would install a dimmer switch on the light, what she didn't know is that the light/fan and everything was in the same unit, she ended up making the light brighter and the fan slower!
