We've got a few hoons living in our street, unrelated and in different houses. All own sports cars with exhaust pipes bigger than my head, the low frequency hum when they drive by causes my windows to resonate and make a huge amount of secondary noise. Problem is they are shift workers ... one of them starts idling and revving at 4.30am, the other at 5am, and another at 6am. You can see them on the weekends, bonnets popped .. tuning their cars and polishing their exhaust pipes

Oh they drive me nuts. Note to self: never ever live near a major shopping centre or fast food joint like McDonalds/HJ - they attract hoons like crazy!
