actually I just googled this issue and found that many people are experiencing this same problem as well as others. So I've emailed Eaglemoss Publications in Australia to ask either what the fix is, or how to go about getting a refund.
I really like the project and would
much rather keep getting the mag/model, but only if it works - and works well. Otherwise, I'd prefer not to continue.
