I'm all for punishing the hoons, if you are caught being an idiot then you should pay the price...
What does annoy me, is that the minority of idiots tarnish the rest of the car enthusiasts, like myself, with the same dirty brush and we all have to pay for someone else's complete disregard for road safety.
by all means crush a few cars to get the message across, but you will find people going out and buying $500 bombs and thrashing those around instead..
