I could also suggest, a few things. Cold Cathode lights for PC's have a shield around it so it doesn't shine up, but you can get that in any colour you want. other thing is that you can make it yourself, run LED's they are normally a dollar or so a pop, and the resistors are pretty cheap too get a 240 - 12 v inverter and your pretty much happy.
