My guess is that it is this product. I bought one about 6 months ago from a dealer in Canada for about A$300 plus postage. It comes with some very basic web-cam software offering very little camera control - nothing that is at all astro-specific. I haven't given it much use and can't really comment much on its performance. But have a look at the link below and a few others that will come up on a Google search under MD300.
