At the outset....let me say this next request is horribly selfish.
But I bought premium tickets to the Gabba Test match between Australia and New Zealand many months ago...and the rain's been pouring down for days and the forecast is for more.
The match is scheduled to start on Thursday. I've booked a week of annual leave to go to this...and I've never gone to every day of a Test match before.
I know we need the rain....and I know many IIS members couldn't give a flying you-know-what about sport...
But -
any suggestions what I can do to turn the heavenly fawcet off?
