Needed a new set of tyres on my little car - close to minimum tread. Went to see my mates at Bob Jane who supplied the previous set and have been looking after them for me with regular servicing - except the last 14 months when I've been too busy with stuff. We double-checked our records - 125,000km
from that previous set - and around 4 years. Yokohamas! I had a new set of Yokohamas put on immediately. New tread pattern, but all I want is loooooooooooooooooooooooong life!

And, in the same time, I've had a hefty morgage running at a fixed rate. A year to go and I'm lots of dollars ahead, compared to variable rate. First year I was behind a bit, but as the morgage rate went up, I smiled. Now it is easing back in time for the morgage to revert to variable rate.
I don't often win!
