Hey Rog. lol, yes the standard lens was definitely not suited for the day conditions and angles. I often tried using my cap to shade the bright sunlight from above when taking shots and then gave up on that. I often found myself looking around and seeing all these nice lens' other people were using, which made me feel like the odd guy out..
Anyhow, it was a good chance to test out the camera and lens and give me an idea of what the limits were, and what equipment would have better suited. Now all I need to do is find a nice 300m lens or equivalent for a decent cheap price that wont break the bank.
