Just like to share my experience today.
I had some chips on my 12 inch Bintel Dob that I bought not so long ago. Now I realise that chips on the champher dont cause a problem, but they exchanged my mirror, collminated the Optics and were very professional in dealing with me. Their service was first rate.
I would not hesitate in going back to them for all my needs.
