Hanging around impatiently for the pristine non thunderstorming skies of Lostock
to get another image....thought I'd revisit an old favourite in the meantime...

I played with it a bit (probably did little in the end?) and thought some of you might like to have a look at the full size full resolution version. There is so much in this nebula and a few minutes spent scrolling around examining it might turn up some new swirls, knotts or asterisms that you hadn't noticed before?
