Setup the search with the criteria you want in Calsky:
ISS; Only Transits, etc
When the page is setup to show what you want, click on the little red phone icon to load it into your email alerts

You might need to set up some stuff in the alerter first... follow the link on the front page and it should get you started.
I have Alerts set up for:
- Space junk decaying close to me
- This weeks ISS passes

- Solar Eclipse
