Thanks Alex, I think a Grad filter is a must have item at least when dealing with "mobile" landscapes. HDR not so good here

The Tokina 11-16mm is awesomely sharp all the way to the borders and is very good to excellent all the way from F2.8 upwards. It is a very solidly build and professional feeling lens too. COmes at a consumer grade price (~$700), but make the consumer grade canons feel like plasticy toys. Check out the review on the Photozone web-site
