There is something odd about the downloading of flash player. I have run programs for over a year now that say I need the latest issue of flash player. I follow the instructions. Sometimes it works automatically sometimes I end up installing it manually.
Most of the time the program that has called it then works OK.
Often within a week I am told by another program that I need flash player. I check my system and according to the program list in windows the latest version is already installed.
In any case I re-install and everything seems to work till next time and then I need to go through the whole process again. I now don't bother. If the program calls for flash player it's bad luck I just don't see it .
