Registered Post with Australia Post a sad joke
On 3rd June an optical filter was sent by registered post, and lost in
transit. The PO acknowledged that they lost it, but now into the
18th week they are still evading payment requiring and endless
stream of questionaires to be submitted. Why can they not ask all
the questions on the first round and why does it take 7-14 days to
get a reply to a letter ?
Does anyone know of a way of sending small packages that are
insurable with a reputable insurer becind it ?
