I'm with Alex 47 Tuc is a stunner or even M4 or M19 if you want some alternative globs. Nebula wise you have just about nailed everything that is riding high at the moment. Of course you could gather more data to add to your arsenal of what you have already collected.
How about some open clusters? M6, M7 or something a bit different NGC6231.
Either way you are lucky on a couple of scores. You are far away enough from Sydney for light pollution to not bother you too badly and secondly you don't have to play volleyball at 9pm tonight like some of us.
If conditions are half as good down there as they are in Sydney I wish you a great night mate.
