some faint gals

Hi all,
had been some time since I've been able to get out seriously
to do some imaging due to the weather here.

Had some lum on Ngc7424 from last month and in this
last quarter the weather played ball to get some colour.
Ngc7424 needed a heap of luminance to get the final lum
image smooth.
Also did a very interesting star burst galaxy ngc1313 that is
quite faint as well.
Had a heap of gradients that I figure is from light from the
Milky way combined with my towns lights leaking through
my filter wheel.
I generally try to avoid imaging due south for this reason.
Still it could be from a led not being covered properly.

I've recently moved up to a Dell 24" Lcd (2408 true 8bit).
It has been calibrated with a friends spider 2 and I'm
interested to here from those with calibrated monitors
how my black level appears.
I've tagged the jpegs with 1998 instead of srgb 1966
being a wider gamet... not sure how this would look
for every type of monitor.

Here's the link to my front page.

Been enjoying the images from the fence..
Keep em coming team.

All the best
Rich
