Hi Guys, now this is not as spectacular as Doug's image of that fire ball that he captured so well, but I thought I might share this with you as well.
A couple of nights ago I was trying to capture NGC 6520 and Barnard 86, the seeing and conditions were terrible but it was clear for about an hour before the clouds came in and are still here
This is one Raw frame only totally as captured, no processing.
Anyway If I had got out my ruler I don't think I could have measured it that exact, as this plane beautifully drew two lines directly through my frame centering the object perfectly.
Certainly different, and Doug, don't worry mate, I'm trying to seal your thunder, so to speak, yours is much more exciting than this, but I thought I might share it anyway.
