Hi everyone,
Has been a little while since I have done another DSO other than Comet McNaught C/2008, so after doing the comet I waited for NGC 253 to climb higher in the sky. By then the seeing was a bit better and the air cooler.
Done 16 x 6 min plus darks before I decided to call it a night and have a snooze!
The usual processing with PS and stacking with DSS. Needs more subs as is still a little noisy but PHD done well with the autoguiding..
Imaged with 6" newt and modded 20D.
I think I shall get only a few more imaging runs before the 6" is retired and the 8" is commisioned!
