Thanks Troy.. The original images out of the camera were flat black images with antares and a few other bright stars showing through.... I was amazed to be able to pull all that data out of them..
The 350D (this is from memory) was at ISO800 for 5 of the shots and ISO1600 for 5 of them.. The ISO1600 shots with the 350D were pretty shocking, however I figure reguardless of the noise, more data is still more data..
I ran the image through Noiseware CE to reduce the noise a bit..
I've found ISO800 is the best with the 350D, however luckily for me, I dont have to worry about ISO speeds anymore
