Check the article I wrote,
RGB Planetary Imaging with a Monochrome Camera. It explains how to do it in both AstraImage and Photoshop.
If you don't want deconvolution, you don't need AstraImage.
In photoshop, just convert them to greyscale images and use the RGB combine feature (see the article).
