I'm well aware different filters work differently for different planets, Theo.

But I think you are talking more along visual observing lines?
After much research and not a lot of 'lounging'

I decided on the Astrodon I-Series LRGB filters for my planetary CCD imaging, after having used Astronomik filters. I'd been a little frustrated with the amount of focusing and exposure adjustment required between filter changes and decided to give some other filters a try.
The decision to purchase Astrodons was also based on glowing recommendations from the vendor. The problem is it appears I have been sent a different product from what I paid for...so I thought (as many do here at IIS) I would consult the collective wisdom of this website for insight into this LRsGB configuration. However, that doesn't mean I haven't been busy seeking info from various other quarters.
I have been in touch with Astrodon, the manufacturers of the filters...as well as the vendor. So...not much lounging going on
Now, if you know anything about LRsGB filters as opposed to LRGB...that sort of comment would be most useful

I've been Googling but come up empty.
