Long Exposure experimentation. Using the Focal reducer and a fixed object at 1200 mm I've successfully recorded a number of pictures under varied degrees of light from bright to near dark. 1/15 sec to 4.84 seconds. I now have a better understanding why Astro pictures in S&T mag are a composite of 4 or 5 exposures. If some one could answer this question. What computer program is used to produce a single picture fom these exposures?
