Ignore the screen warning, only applies to avi saving.
Remember to save the file and set the frame limit to one, you should see the time counting to you're preset value. Won't see anything on the screen, but save to BMP.
The attached are a couple of dark frames saved this way. ( converted to Jpg to allow uploading!)
