It's an hour off for me too, showing GMT+11 instead of GMT+10.
My
User CP Options shows GMT+10 still but had DST as auto-detect.
I changed DST back to always off (for now) and now the time shows GMT+10 on the forum footer correctly.
I suspect the host in the US has just gone to daylight savings?
