Hi Randall,
This is an excellent time of year to observe. Lots of excellent targets from sunset to sunrise. What we recommend however really depends on what scope you have. Many targets that look great in a 25" Obsession don't look so hot in a 4" Takahashi APO refractor, notwithstanding both are excellent telescopes. It would also help a lot to know what eyepieces and filters you have.
