Thanks everyone! I just checked on the map, and we were almost exactly 10 km from the fireworks, so I'm surprised how well they came out.

Thanks for pointing that out, Alex. It didn't look right when I added the labels last night, so I checked the Riverfire website and they called them "F1-11s". Should have checked the RAAF website!

I was wondering the same thing Liz. Venus had almost set when that last shot was taken, and I'd swapped to a wide angle lens at the end, so I think it's Jupiter with Antares below and left. At least there's something astronomical in the image!
