try cropping a section out........ open it in photoshop use the selection tool , set the style in the toolbar to fixed size (type in 800px or whatever you want) drag the selection box to the bit you want.

go back to the menu and under image drop down to crop

go to the menu again file drop down to save for web

keep an eye on the file size and adjust image size to what you want be it 50% 75% or 100% for the bold then adjust the quality down to fit to 200kb. just try not to introduce jpg artifacts (try to keep above 70%) adjusting either these should give you what you want, as for the whole image at a larger file size .... 200kb wont do it so you will need to upload to your own website ...or.... IIS does have a large file download option (dont ask me how as i havent used it before) PM mike (iceman) he will know or point you to the HOW TO page.
