Nice work OBMY! I had a look at A1 yesterday evening - quite bright but nestled in against a small bright star so it took a little while to find it (no charts with me!). In the scope the star 'extinguished' one side of the coma, giving the illusion of the coma streaming away on one side. But only an illusion I'm afraid! Couldn't pick it in binocs, but only because of the star I think. It's certainly bright enough to see. Must be nearly naked eye in dark skies. Will have another look tonight.
