I'm not sure if this is true, but I heard that Andrews had to remove their email address from their website because they were recieving so many inquiries from customers.
When I was looking to buy an EQ6 Pro. I called their store and was given Andrews email address. I was extremely happy with their help and service via email. I've never had a problem with Andrews.
