Hi All
Took the scope out last night for a couple of hours and am very impressed with visual performance to start. Even with heavy light pollution and turbulence I could see nebulosity around M8, M20, M17 before moonrise ( first time for this location ), stars are crisp pinpoints right across the field and NGC104 just popped out of the background, very nice ... also M7, M6 and so on. Jupiter was also good with Vixen LV20mm and with 2x barlow combo but turbulence limited views a bit.
I bought the scope from Astronomy Alive ... good price ... good to deal with ... all done via emails ... wake up Andrews it's the 21st century ... phone and fax doesn't cut it from interstate

... sorry ... but they had a chance.
Thanks all for your comments ... will be in touch ! Clear Skies !
