You might need to check out the thread in IIS a few months ago.

I was looking at using a OAG with my old XD5 35mm and new 40D and it wont work unless you have a Lumicon coma corrector (0x).

Comes down to how far in the imaging plane is from the from of the "camera", I don't know about you system , and how far back from the MPCC the focal plane is , I have a MPCC too and can connect it directly to my 35mm or the 40D to act a T-adapter, you'll need to get sums right for your set up.
