Unfortunately not possible to keep everyone happy unless you make it small, like 640x480 or 800x600.
It would be different for all the different monitor/videocard combinations that people have.
My monitor is set to a lowly 1024x768(options up to 1600x1200), but there are probably still people on 800x600 and there would be people out there with huge widescreens set to 121764518754x481732645!!!!
