Try OpticSA on Henley Beach Rd, may be in PH Book as Shellap. They are JUST over South Rd coming from the beach on the left hand side.
MMMMMM......you may also have to learn how to do some maintenance/adjustments yourself.
Only other I can think of is Bintel in Sydney.
