Even if Oberwerk stipulated more stringent testing, the Chinese would either just tell them they're doing it, or if they do, would apply that testing to all. It's a production line.

Hmm, looking at the
Oberwerk website:

Given modern manufacturing techniques, small batch production runs and flexible production lines, there may well be a difference? Of course, this could just be marketing hype?
