Gone: HEQ5/EQ6 mount parts
Surplus HEQ5/EQ6 parts, free to a good home:
- HEQ5/EQ6 hand controller & controller board: free
- HEQ5 reduction gearboxes
- Conrad 12v synchronous DC motors

Earlier in 2008, an IIS colleague (Peter_4059) gave me the handset & controller after upgrading his EQ6 mount to Synscan Goto, so I am wanting to pass along the favour. Best suited for someone needing to repair a defective handset/mount, or wanting to attempt a 12v upgrade for an 6v EQ5 mount.

Note that the motors are not 4-pin stepper motors, but are 2-pin synchronous 12v DC motors.
