Hi David,
Our policy on the website is:
Up to 12:00 noon on the Monday (21st July) preceding the camp, 100% of the fees will be fully refunded.
Once the camp has commenced, refunds will only be given under extenuating circumstances and with committee approval.
I imagine the policy would apply to the period after the 21st until the start of the camp. The key is we need to know if someone is not coming so beds can be allocated to others.
Come on, just because NSW plays league like a bunch of fairies, shouldn't make you want to pull the pin 
... Anne-Louise says the camp won't be the same unless we have you to increase global warming with all of your gear.
