How's this?
Pour a 1 metre x 2 metre concrete slab, put a pier on it, 1/2 a metre down the slab.
Bolt down two tracks either long side of the slab. Build a classic old out-house on wheels over it.
All you do then is open the door, push the whole outhouse back off the telescope and start your thing.
You can have shelves with all your gear in the outhouse and when you are done, roll the outhouse back over your scope, close and lock the door.
